sux.
It's been 24 hours since my last cigarette. If my mood doesn't improve by
Tuesday, I'm gonna start the revolution right there at the polling booths.
Watch the nooz.

Are you feeling light-headed and unusually frisky yet?

Actually, I caved after 36 hours. However, I intend to cut down drastically
and eventually stop altogether.
I've quit numerous times. Why isn't there something like AA for nicotine
addicts?

i quit the final time 1 y**r ago. what finally helped was strongly
flavored sugar-free mints. when i needed a smoke, i popped a mint. it is
very difficult to change a behavior without a replacement behavior.
if you make it a month, you'll make it.

i understand the bullheadedness. that is a good portion of why i cut down
to one cigarette a day for many y***s before giving it up. it was my
rebellion cig, and it tasted goooooooood.
i hope it helps.

Don't be dumb enough to buy or use a "sugar-free" ANYTHING.
Most of that s**t contains "aspartame", an insidiously poisonous
substance that should never have been allowed in ANY food. You're FAR
better off with the sugar.
"Aspartame: The Sweet Deception"
by Dr. William Campbell Douglass
If you're like most people, you reach for a sugar substitute because
you've been told it's good for you-that it would save you from the evils
of sugar, and that it would even help you trim off those extra pounds.
But, like all of us, you've been lied to.
So let me set the record straight now. Aspartame is one of the most
dangerous substances ever added to food. Not only has aspartame been
proven to make you fatter, it's been proven to cause some pretty serious
diseases, not the least of which are cancer and neurological diseases.
And the proof is on file already. Aspartame has brought more complaints
to the FDA than any other additive-ever. It's responsible for a full 75
percent of the complaints the agency gets. From 10,000 consumer
complaints, the FDA compiled a list of 92 symptoms, including death.
And just who am I, to be swinging this ax?
I'm Dr. William Campbell Douglass and I've been called medicine's most
popular mythbuster. I make it my mission to reveal the surprisingly
inexpensive and easy road to real health - to the chagrin of
pharmaceutical companies and surgeons everywhere.
